This closed loop governor, when connected to a proportional electronic throttle actuator and supplied with a magnetic pickup sensor signal, will control a wide variety of engines in an isochronous or droop mode.

Isochronous speed control supplies a constant frequency of electricity under varying loads – so there will be no generator droop or overshoot. Overshoot is just as problematic as droop and can spell bad news for sensitive equipment such as IT and healthcare systems. The inclusion of isochronous speed control will eliminate the danger of these occurrences.

It is designed for high reliability and it’s also hard potted to withstand harsh engine environments.
